Why hasn't the service mgr. returned my call @ 8:30 AM today(Tues 10/02)? First reply was "he's in a meeting", second reply was .."he's been in and out all day" ??

Thank you for coming. The repair man was very kind and knowledgeable. When I moved in my house ac was the worst it never cooled. so i called ridge energy they came and fixed my ac with a new unit. And since then my house is cooler and my energy bill is lower.
